Kimberley shares her journey from a night shift machine operator to Tradie and her fascinating commitment to achieve this dream of being a Plumber. Kimberley also describes her experiences in the juggling of family and career in the ambition in becoming a Tradie.

We explore those challenges Kimberley discovered in starting her own plumbing business “Hey Sista Plumbing” after working with her husbands plumbing business from apprentice through to qualified Plumber.

Kimberley explains how the business name “Hey Sista Plumbing” came about and why it was important to give the right message to the market and is designed to meet the needs of those customers.
Kimberley and “Hey Sista Plumbing” are also award winning in recognition of the unique business model and services that they provide and for the focus on the attraction, training and retention of more women plumbers into the business and industry. Kimberley is also investing back into the Tradie industry with keynote speaking at industry events and extensive school presentations, informing, encouraging and educating young women to consider careers in the Trades as a great option with all of its rewards and opportunities.
