The Innovative Tradies Club Referral Program (“The Program”) allows Members to earn promotional coupon credits (“Innovative Tradies Credits”) toward future membership fees and other coupons within the Innovative Tradies Store by referring friends to become new paying users on Innovative Tradies Club.
To participate, Members must agree to these terms, which become part of the Innovative Tradies Club Terms of Service. Capitalized terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning given to them in the Innovative Tradies Club Terms of Service.
How to Earn Referral Innovative Tradies Credits
Members can earn Innovative Tradies Credits if: (i) a referred friend creates a Premium Innovative Tradies Club account that complies with our Terms of Service; and (ii) the referred friend completes the referring member’s eight(8) digit Membership Number on the Innovative Tradies Club membership application form). The referring Member will not earn Innovative Tradies Credits if they are not listed as the referring Member on the membership application form.
The referring Member will be credited with AUD25.00 worth of Innovative Tradies Credits for each referral within 30 days of the referred member signing up to a premium membership. A referring Member can earn multiple Innovative Tradies Credit amounts.
The maximum Innovative Tradies Credits that can be earned per Member will be $5,000 AUD total unless an alternative agreement is reached in writing with Innovative Tradies Club and indicated otherwise in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials.
Redeeming Innovative Tradies Credits
Innovative Tradies Credits may only be redeemed via the Innovative Tradies Club Platform. Once earned, Innovative Tradies Credits will appear as an Innovative Tradies Credit on the referring Member’s checkout page, but may need to enter a code at checkout to redeem the credit. Innovative Tradies Credits must be used within one year from the date they are issued, after which they will expire. Innovative Tradies Credits are coupons issued for promotional purposes; they have no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Innovative Tradies Credits may not be earned by creating multiple Innovative Tradies Club Accounts. Innovative Tradies Credits accrued in separate Innovative Tradies Club accounts may not be combined into one Innovative Tradies Club account.
If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your balance of Innovative Tradies Credits, please contact us. Innovative Tradies Club may require you to submit additional information in order to make a determination regarding your balance. All decisions regarding your balance will be final and at Innovative Tradies Club’s sole discretion.
You are responsible for any Tax consequences, if any, that may result from your redemption or use of Innovative Tradies Credits.
Sharing Referral Links
Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referral links should not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia) or on blogs unless agreed in writing with Innovative Tradies Club. Members are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. This includes mass emailing, texting or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your referral link. Members are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral links unless agreed in writing with Innovative Tradies Club.
Multiple Referrals
A referred friend may only use one referral membership number. If a referred friend receives referral numbers from multiple Members, only the referring Member listed on the membership application form will receive the Innovatives Club Credits.
The Program may not be combined with other Innovative Tradies Club referral programs or incentives. If a referred friend receives referral links from multiple Innovative Tradies Club referral programs, preference will be given to payment via the Host Referral Program, voiding eligibility from The Program.
Discounted Membership for the Referred Friend
If a referred friend uses a valid referral membership number and the discount code TRADIE25, they will receive an AUD25.00 discount off the first year of a new Premium Membership by applying here.
Severability
If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Termination and Changes
Innovative Tradies Club may suspend or terminate the Program or a user’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove Innovative Tradies Credits if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Innovative Tradies Club Terms of Service or Payments Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming Innovative Tradies Credits can change at any time.
Updates to the Terms
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the innovativetradies.club website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
